While trying to change the filter attached to the well, the pipe snapped off. They came out within a couple hours, we're able to save the filter (we thought for sure it would have to be replaced) and even gave us a friendly reminder to winterize our pipes before the cold set in. Their customer service and integrity to save our existing filter were a breath of fresh air!

Since I moved into my house I was having well issues... i noticed the name Cavender on the well tank but for some reason did not associate it with these guys so I called out some other company who replaced my well pump (for no small fee). We continued having issues... and the same company tried to sell me a new well for 6K. I was literally one day away from giving in when we called out Cavender for a last min. opinion. They did something with the pressure switch and it has been working find for almost a year now. Horrifying to think of the money I may have wasted without these guys help... they didn't even charge me. Nice to know not everyone is out to rip you off.
